Using this approach, we will investigate the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I will support you in overcoming unhealthy thought patterns and formulating a strategy for living a more contented, balanced life.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
Through this approach, I will help you in processing traumatic experiences that have left you feeling overpowered.
Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy
This unique body-centred method will support you in
re-establishing your connection to your body, letting go of trauma that has been stored, and cultivating inner peace and safety.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
This method will teach you how to manage strong
emotions and enhance your interpersonal connections.

As a clinical counsellor with a master's degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and more than six years of experience, I work with people who have been victims of trauma, and abuse or have lived in adversity and healed from it. Recovery is plausible and you can also reclaim your power and build a fulfilling and peaceful life.
